Terms of use
Last updated: 20 April 2026
Editor note. Generic website terms-of-use boilerplate. This is separate from the individual project agreement you sign before we quote or book a job, which governs the staging, furnishing or design work itself.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms apply when you use stylingtouch.co.uk and its subdomains. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
These terms cover only your use of the website and any casual enquiry you make through it. If we agree to deliver a staging, furnishing or design project for you, a separate written agreement governs that work.
2. Acceptable use
Use the website for its intended purpose: to read about our services, ask questions, request a quote, book a consultation, and keep up to date with our work. You agree not to:
- submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory or infringes someone else’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its data, or the servers it runs on;
- use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or contact data at scale;
- misuse the quote wizard, booking form or chat assistant with abusive, misleading, or spam input.
3. Content, imagery and trade marks
All copy, photographs, project imagery and design on this website are owned by Styling Touch or used with the rights-holder’s permission. You are welcome to share a link to any public page. Do not reproduce photographs, case-study content or copy on another site without written permission.
4. Information and estimates
We make every effort to keep what we publish here accurate, but we don’t warrant that every detail is correct at all times. Figures from the quote wizard are ballpark estimates, given in good faith. A firm price is only what we put in a written quotation, once we understand the property.
5. Third-party links and embeds
Where we link to external resources (e.g. HSA guidance, Zoopla data, local authority pages) we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or policies.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss caused by your use of this website is limited to what was reasonably foreseeable by both of us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under English law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
